Access to AI models is provided within the published features and limits. Users should review results produced by third-party models.
3. Pricing
Prices are in RUB. Annual subscriptions cost 10% less than twelve monthly payments. The payment funds a generation budget for the subscription term. A cost estimate and reserve are shown before submission; settlement follows actual usage. Confirmed failures release the reserve within its budget term. Estimated generation quantities are not guaranteed quotas.
4. Account use
Users must protect passwords, review sessions and use material lawfully. Circumventing limits, accessing other users’ data and disrupting the service are prohibited.
5. Support
Support is available via Telegram @gptaidru; email: support@gptaid.ru. Refund requests are considered with regard to services delivered, actual expenses and mandatory law. Non-waivable consumer rights are preserved.
6. Storage
Free: 15 days; Pro: 45 days; Ultra: 120 days; Enterprise: 190 days; Business: 300 days. Retention starts when a chat or file is created. Access ends at expiry and content is removed from active storage. Financial and mandatory accounting records are retained separately from conversation history.

8. Subscription term and unused funds
A subscription lasts one month or year from confirmed payment. Unused generation budget expires at the end of its term. A new purchase adds its budget to the unexpired remainder and starts a new term from that purchase. The service balance is not a bank account. Budget expiry does not exclude statutory cancellation or refund rights.
9. Auto renewal
Renewal requires a separate user action showing the amount and period. YooKassa saves the payment method. The agreed amount is charged for the following month or year. You can disable renewal and remove the method in your account to stop future charges. Contact support about an already initiated transaction. Published price changes do not alter a previously agreed amount without new consent.
10. Referrals
12% of paid top-ups by direct referrals is credited to a separate referral balance without a time limit. Bonuses and gift activations do not earn rewards. Refunds reverse the corresponding reward. Sufficient referral funds can be redeemed for a subscription at its exact price. Cash withdrawal is not available. Self-referrals and abuse are prohibited.
11. Acceptance
Registration separately records acceptance of the offer and data consent. Payment confirms the selected plan, term and amount. Free provides three short daily text requests to the models listed on the site without a payment obligation.
